How we teach

Our approach to financial education

Each course is delivered in a fixed small-group format — no self-paced video libraries, no live webinars for hundreds. Real sessions, with a real instructor who has worked in the relevant field in Singapore.

Courses run weekly over their full duration. Participants receive a printed workbook at the start. Instructor office hours are available between sessions. Session recordings are shared within 24 hours.

How we maintain quality

Standards across all courses

Participant confidentiality

Personal financial questions raised in sessions are handled with discretion. Details are not shared outside the instructor relationship.

Annual content review

All three courses are updated annually against CPF policy changes, MAS guidance updates, and movements in local market conditions.

Maximum 12 per cohort

Cohort size is capped without exception. When a cohort reaches twelve, we open a new one rather than expand the group.

No product recommendations

Instructors do not recommend specific financial products inside or outside of sessions. Education and advisory services remain clearly distinct.

Written feedback each cohort

Each cohort ends with a written feedback form. Results are reviewed and used to refine subsequent cohort delivery and materials.

Completion certificate issued

Every participant who completes a course receives a Kampong Finance completion certificate at the end of the final session.
